Hello,
I have run into a problem when I print from a website (ex. like my banking site). The page prints in the upper left hand corner of a quarter of the page. I have looked at the dialogue box for printing and made sure that things are set correctly for letter size, margins, and such. The preview shows it filling the entire page.
If I print to PDF and then print the PDF it works fine.
When printing the test page form the utility it printed to the upper left hand corner
I have tried updating the driver and am running the driver from December 2022 ver 16.70.0.0, uninstalled the printer and re-installed it.
I have tried making it the generic
I am using Mac OS 12.1 (21C52)
I am connecting via USB cable.
Anyhelp would be great.
Thanks
N
