Not printing

My Selphy CP1300 suddenly won’t print. It pulls a page all the way through and discards it in the back, then pulls another sheet halfway through. Then it pops up an error message that there is no paper/cartridge. I have to turn it off then back on to clear the paper. I have tried 10 times!

It appears that your CP1300 would require service. To obtain service for your IVY printer, please log in to your My Canon Account:

https://mycanon.usa.canon.com/signin

Once logged in, click on your IVY Printer

Click on the Product Support button

Scroll to the bottom and click on the Start Repair button
