I went to order ink, and the website said "in-stock." I placed the order and got an email stating "backordered."
I need the ink now so lying to me that its in stock when its not makes me not want to use canon ever.
I then spent 16 minutes on hold before I could cancel that order.
The site still says "in-stock."
Suggestion: Use the same methood that determines backorder status BEFORE letting someone place the order.
Too bad you're just another company that does not care about the details.
