installed printer 6200 and even at "high" quality setting, printing very weak and light

Printing quality is very weak and light. Must be a way to improve darkness on the 6200. Have setting at "high"

Hello EdB.

If you are printing from your computer, please check to make sure that the 'High' setting is selected in the settings on your computer rather than the Copy menu of the printer itself.

Also, if you are using photo paper or specialty media, please make sure that the 'Media Type' selection is set appropriately.

If you continue to have difficulties, please tell us what size and type of paper is being used.  Also, tell us what program is being used on your computer to print the document or photo.
