Probably lens motor is dead.
You can send it for repair estimate but probably better to buy a new one that can cost equal or less.

Please remove the battery and let the camera sit for about 20 minutes or so before you try powering the camera on again. If the lens still remains stuck and you continue to receive a lens error, the camera will need to be repaired by our Factory Service Center.
