My 1D Mk II (2004, I think) and Mk IIn did not have full USB but was Firewire. My next 1D Mk III (2007) did have full USB.
EOS 1DX and 1D Mk IV and less lenses then before!

While the D30 did not have a standard USB connection on the camera, it was an USB interface and the cable had a standard USB-A on the computer end.
