My Canon 1DS MarkII will not recognize the full capacity of SanDisk 64GB.
Card reader shows 64GB but not the camera.
Following Canons suggestion....my software was updated to 1.1.6....no change.
Any one with the same problem

I am sorry, but even with a newer firmware version, the EOS-1Ds Mark II will not support 64 GB CF cards. The camera is only capable of using card capacities of up to 16 GB. The camera also does not support the newer UDMA technology many of the new high speed cards use.
