Somewhere I read that there is a solution to reset the printer. However, I don't remember what or where it is. My printer is almost a year old, is not connected to a computer but used just for copies. Therefore network and computer problems are not a factor. Error message comes up after printing 9-10 copies. A new cartridge does not solve the problem, nor does resetting.
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Louisegberg,
Please try turning the printer off, and unplugging it, for at least ten minutes. If the error returns, please let us know which error code you are running into, and we'll be happy to further assist!
