I can't login to usa.canon.com. My login works fine for myid.canon.com, but not for usa.canon.com.
When I try to login to usa.canon.com I get "The email address or password you provided is incorrect. Please try entering this information again."
I already successfully reset my password 3 times, but still can't login. What puzzles me it that login to myid.canon.com works fine. It works fine to login with camera connect app as well.
Can anyone help?

Hi Stephen, that's correct I do have 2 accounts. One is my personal account and the other is the one I got from work related discounts via the beneplace program. The work email address is working fine. It's the account with my personal gmail address I'm trying to recover. Does this help you or should I still be calling the 800 number?
