I asked about how to access the CR-N300 PTZ camera to input the Admin User Name/PW to activate the Output Ports, since following all of the instructions in the manual and watching the tutorials failed to gain me access to an IP address.

I know it might not make sense, but that's the support group that handles the PTZ cameras.
