Help with Brother MFC-J6270DW, will not print double sided even though all settings are correct!

My Brother Printer MFC-J6270DW was printing fine but now it won't print double sided (everything that is printed comes out on separate pages) from any device including a mac and windows pc even though all settings are correct.
