HDSLR video rigs - let's see them!

Post a photo and description of your HDSLR video rigs. This is not just about bare bones cameras.  Please show fully equipped rigs and a description of how you made them. What components are on it?

Canon 5Dmkii, Canon battery grip, Zacuto EVF Pro w/RAM Mount arm, Sigma 24-70 2.8, Zoom H4n audio recorder, Rode shotgun mic, Sony wireless, Manfrotto quick release plates.  The key to this rig is a simple off camera flash handle. I have added a Lowell light mount bracket to allow mounting of the Zoom recorder which can tilt.  The wireless is mounted with the cheeseplate from my old Canon XL1.
