When I press continue in MP Navigator EX, I get a message from Scangear "Searching for scanner". I have updated the twain driver and MP Navigator EX.

Hi Ul James,
Please try the following to resolve the issue:
1. If you have the scanner plugged into a USB hub or other device that is connected to your computer, please plug it directly into your computer and attempt to scan again.
2. If you have another USB cable that you can use to connect the scanner to your computer, please try to use that and then attempt to scan again.

I am having the same issue and i have tried re-installing the driver as well as scaning software but no luck.
Can some one reply regarding this.
