Canon off shoe camera cord

I have a off shoe camera cord and the part that slides into the bracket os chipped/broke, is there any place we can purchase parts instead of my purchasing a whole new cord?

All the ones I have seen are molded in one piece, there are no "parts" to replace.

The part that connects to the flash has 4 small screws, when unscrewed it has 4 more smaller screws.
