I have fussed with this machine for half an hour and can not get the ribbon to stay in place. I have it threaded according to the manual, but the ribbon apparently has not done the same. It seems to come up and out of the retaining clip on the left (looking at the spools) first and then the left side comes out. Any suggestions will be gratefully appreciated.
