Initially it was giving me an error stating that it couldn't find my film when I attempted to scan it.
I repositioned the film in the scanner and tried again. Now the application is crashing to desktop during the film scan without any messages.
The scanner's autoscan function works fine with regular photos. I'm using a Windows 10 Pro (version 1909).
