My cano scan 5600F is not working stopped working Mp navigator say that this of the software is not supported no driver
installed deoes this that the scanner it self is broken or has died on the advie of canon tech support i have ordered a replacement i am running Windows 7 pro x64 dell inspriron 620

Hello.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers should resolve this issue. Please perform the following:
1. Click Start and open the Control Panel.
2. Open Programs and Features.
3. Uninstall the 5600F and the MP Navigator. Ensure that the scanner is no longer connected.
4. Close all windows that are open.
Once this has been done, visit our website at the following link to download and reinstall the drivers and MP Navigator.
