Hello.
I've been trying multiple times to create a MyCanon account to register a printer and signup for an ink plan, but the keep getting a generic error.
Using page at: https://myprofile.americas.canon.com/us/register?sourceSystem=ARS&targetUrl=https://replenish.usa.ca...
Did not receive any specific fields flagged as an error, but tried changing up email/pass/etc, still just the same "Try again later" error.

How strange!
I also just tried to make a test account and it gave the same error, so there could be some maintenance going on right now. I've reported it to the helpdesk just in case it's an issue with the website. Please try again in a couple days (since it's the weekend now) and reply here if it's still not working!
