Hello, sorry to bother you but this is a very, very urgent need for information and/or a referral to the right person/manager. I am a smaller scale human rescue/crisis intervention nonprofit and financially, because of nonstop COVID cases this past 4 years, financially I cannot afford another Canon printer. And since I cannot get a response from any member of upper management when contacting customer service, I thought possibly one of you patient, kind community managers/members could possibly take action on my behalf and send this post where it needs to go?
The issue at hand is that now, in 3 years, as of today, I have had 3 printers just quit working for no explainable reason. With the first 2 printers, I let it all go, and did not file a warranty claim, however this time I must but I would like to explain some extenuating circumstances. I have lost one high end laser printer (print only/color, a desktop inkjet printer, and now a mobile 150 printer.
I need to reach someone, somehow today I prefer that would rightfully consider sending me a new printer considering the loss of 3 higher end printers in 3 years.
If someone has some time today, would you please get back with me? I am hearing impaired so if you would copy your post to a PM, that just gives me another incoming mail notice alert.
Best,
E.

I hid the image of your products from public view to protect your privacy.
I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your printers. With the information you provided, I found your Canon Account. I saw that your mobile printer was replaced under warranty in June.
If you're having problems with any of your printers, you must speak with support so they can go over the situation with you, including troubleshooting to ensure everything is set up correctly. You'll find all of your available support options within your My Canon Account at https://canon.us/account
