Cannot access to Project 1709

Hi everybody,

I received a confirmation email where Canon informs me that my request to join project 1709 has been processed.

 

I'm asked to click on Sign in to start my experience with the beta project, but then a message informs me that my email is known and I will be contacted when my request (the second one... I believe) will be ready.

 

I contacted Canon for some explanation but they says that now everything would be ok... it's not ok!

Is anybody experiencing the same problem?

 

How can I access my account!? Man Sad

Canon is a worldwide company, however, it appears the project you're writing about is sponsored by Canon UK (Canon Europe).  Information and support for Project 1709 can be found at:

http://www.canon.co.uk/About_Us/Press_Centre/Image_Library/Products/Project_1709.aspx

We recommend contacting Canon Europe through that site ("Contact Us") if you're running into problems accessing your Project 1709 account.
