Anyone having issues accessing Canon USA websites using Firefox? Or is it senstive to adblockers?

I keep getting an "access denied message using FF: works OK with other browsers.

Greetings,

I haven't had any issues accessing the Canon USA or Canon Community websites.  I routinely use ad blocker ultimate with chrome and edge web browsers. I don't use one with Safari, as I'm not on a Mac very often.

Are you logged in when you visit or does the issue you experience happen randomly?  I'm always logged into the Canon Community but I usually don't log into Canon USA unless I'm shopping or doing something with MyCanon account.

Look closely at the URL's and let me know if it uses a session ID when you experience the problem.  I'm happy to report the issue but we need as much diagnostic information as possible.  The web services team is very concerned about user experience and keeping all of Canon's websites in Tip-Top shape.

How are you navigating to the web site?

Are you by chance using an old, previously saved shortcut or bookmark?  The paths to the default login screen has changed.

That happened to me on 6-28-25.  I kept getting the same message.

When trying to login to the Community, however when I tried to logging into My Account l got the " You Caught us, we're updating the site.".   Waited a while and got the Access Denied message.   So I did what Waddizzle suggested and deleted the old path and reinstalled a new one, then I was able to sign in  without a hitch.
