After I edit a multipage pdf document I want to save it with the same exact file name, no suffixes or extensions, just like any word processing or CAD or any other software. When I try to keep the original file name the program adds a numeric suffix (-001, -002, etc). How can I just save the document I have am editing?
Thanks

I guess you might well just rename the original file and save the new one with the previous name as well. Or just to replace the old one with it, in case you don't mind ditching that. Or is there a deal with the metadata of the very document? In the case the tool you used to edit the layout of the file doesn't allow you to do so for such a data, you could do so with another pdf editing tool, I know for sure this one does edit-pdf.pdffiller.com But it's a web app, not sure how convenient it would be to you
