Add other albums

I'm new and trying to navigate Canon Community website.

I'm trying to + another album(s) under 'My albums' on this website. I looked and looked and searched FAQ BUT no answers.

I did create my 1st 1 w/20 images and that's it!

Where do I go to find the answer????

If you're referring to our new "Share Your Photos" section, feel free to start a new thread if you've got an idea that hasn't already been explored.  As long as the photos are appropriate to the forum, you can post your favorites anytime you want!  If your idea already has a thread, you're always welcome to join in the discussion.

I just typed a answer to your email and I just found out , u cannot response to this email.

NO.

I clicked on my username, on upper right side. Then I clicked onto-->'My Images'. From there I clicked onto-->bottom right side-->'View Images for mour6'. I clicked onto--> 'Albums for mour6' from there, I clicked onto--> 'Albums, All Images, ADD IMAGES, Albums Options--drop down arrow-->Turn on batch processing, then it gives u 6 options.'

I cannot say more!

My next step is to call Customer Service.
