I have an MS-800 and have the GZ X14-X30 lens. what I want to display on the screen and be able to scan into the computer are blueprints. With the lens I have I can only see part of the blueprint. Is another lens needed to see the entire blueprint but still be able to zoom in?
Also I am using the 100R Auto Carrier. And manuals for this? I have it plugged into the side of the MS800 but appears to do nothing.

Hi, Scott88! Thanks for posting!
While our forum community members are welcome to chime in, Canon does not provide direct support for microfilm scanners. Instead, your dealer will be able to help you! If you don't have a dealer, please call us at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666) and we will be happy to provide you with the names of dealers in your area!
We hope this helps!

I have an MS800 with the Auto Carrier 100R. As it turns out that I have to put tension on both reels in order to get a decent picture. Otherwise I can't zoom in or focus on the microfilm. Any ideas/
