The C400 has a BSI sensor, faster readout and slightly improved DR. Both cameras deliver nearly identical video resolution and color sampling.

I suggest you do some research 😉

You're welcome to come back with your questions.

Greetings,

This is a very open-ended question and is not as simple as which one is better.  Hopefully you've done a bit of research?  You'll need to provide some additional information in order for us to help you make a purchase decision.  Start here.  The C500 Mark II is an EF Mount camera.  The C400 is an RF Mount camera.  Do you own any lenses?  Do you have a budget for this endeavor?

Besides the lens mount, there's a big difference between size and weight and the C500 Mark II has a lot of native inputs the C400 lacks.  Based on your own research, what appeals to you about each camera?
