Camera recommendations for photos and videos on a boat

Hi ..I just posted that my Rebel Ti5 went scuba diving in salt water in the Hurricane and after reading all the other posts I guess I will have to get something else now. Im on a fairly tight budget and need something to take on my boat that I can use for photos and videos ..I hope to start vlogging so I need something easy as I am not a pro. Any ideas would help and Thank You
