I am writing to you from Turkey. I have a Canon 800d camera. I've been in contact with Canon everywhere over the past week. We are unable to purchase your EOS WEBCAM UTILTY PRO application. I cannot subscribe to the PRO version. That's why I can't get 1080p 60 fps images. Canon brings a new feature but does not offer it to other regions. Do you think this is fair?. I bought my camera 1 month ago with great excitement. But now it's disappointing. What is the purpose of using Canon if CANON will bring every innovation it brings only to America and its regions?

We appreciate your participation; however, we need to let you know that the Canon Community is hosted and moderated within the United States by Canon USA. We are only able to provide support for Canon products manufactured for and used within the US market. We have no control over what other regions have access to, as we are just in charge of our region.
Your best bet is to reach out to Canon in your area to ask when they will make this option available. Click HERE to be directed to the portal to find support in your region.
