EOS webcam pro software won't apply my subscription

Hello there! I started my free trial on EOS webcam utility pro BUT the software won't apply my subscription...

My profile on website is like this: 

the software is like this: (still in free mode) 

I also clicked on Upgrade button and logged in on the pop up loging but nothing happens...
