Hi after installing the eos utility an error occurs the lcd vieuw and menu is not working. How can I uninstall the settings made on the eos utility on the camera?
What did you install on the camera? A new firmware update?
If it is the only firmware update available you will have to send it back to Canon. If not, you can try to install the previous update via the SD Card.
