canon 5d mk iii - lcd screen looks grainy

Hi,

I recently bought i canon 5d mk iii. The on camera display is so grainy, but the photos looks perfect on computer.

Is it normal for this camera or will i have to change the lens.

The sample picture looks like what I would expect with no lens on the camera or an out of focus lens on a blank wall in low-light. It may be a good idea to have our Technical Support take a look at some more samples.
