Yes. It's an EF-S lens (EF-S 60mm f/2.8 Macro USM)
The Rebel SL1 can use nearly any Canon EOS lens... regardless of EF-S vs. EF. It can even use the MP-E and TS-E lenses.
The only lenses that wont fit your camera are the "EF-M" lenses (there are only two of them last I checked). Those are made for Canon's "mirrorless" body which is not sold in North America.
