I can not find the latest firmware to update my 5D Mark III. I've been on the Canon site, have been to downloads for my camera (its registered), firmware not listed. Is it because my laptop is running on Monterey?
I'm need this update to continue shooting tethered into Lightroom Classic. All of a sudden my camera can not be recognized. HELP

Choose Sierra 10.12 and download. Or if you want a zip file, Windows 8.1.

Peter's instructions are accurate. Firmware is operating system agnostic. The file for the camera is the same regardless of the OS you select (windows or MAC).
5D300136.FIR is the file you need.
