EOS Rebel T5i Unable to see photos on camera

Hello - I have a Rebel T5i camera. I started facing issues with my memory card today. I am unable to see photos on camera. I see a question mark (?) when I preview them. When I try to read the files on a mac, I don't see any photos at all. It only has empty folders in it. Are there any utilities I can run on the memory card to retrieve the photos?

No photos in the screen? Hmmm. What brand card? Have you tried another card?

If it is a name brand card, the mfg will often have recovery software.

Is this a full size card or a micro card with adapter?

How often do you low-level format in the camera?

madhuvinod23,

I can't address the photo recovery software, but Ihe question mark (?) in my camera usually indicates a photo that has been deleted, usually on the computer. At the very least, I would get another card. Format it in the camera.
Are you sure you are not hitting the delete key on your camera or on your Mac?
