I bought a T6i a few days ago and received it yesterday. I have yet to even put 50 shots on the camera and I've noticed when I hold the side grip of the camera it makes a tap/creek sound. Almost like the panel is 100% connected.
Is this normal? I know it's nit-picky but it's my first proper DSLR and I want it to be perfect.

Amazon's price is $580 while Canon.com's price is $620. I might just go with Canon's price, however, I might just have to drop the extra $40 for the security.
That price does not sound like an authorized Canon dealer. It could, but it sounds too low. I would venture that the camera on Amazon does not come with a US warranty.
Correct me if am wrong, but I think Canon US support only recognizes warranties on gear sold for the US market. Gear produced for sale in other countries, but sold in the US as new may not be recognized as having a valid warranty with Canon USA.
