T6 Double shooting

Hello! New here and new to my t6. I have gone over all of the settings but am I missing something? Manual mode, manual focus, bracketing, self-timer 2 seconds..... When I click the shutter button, it takes 3 pics, then pauses, and takes 3 more identically timed pics. Am I missing a setting?

Auto-bracketing for exposure or white balance?

Reset the camera.

How does one do that? Does it reset everything?

Menu under Tools.  Clear all settings. Check your manual for exact procedure.

"Does it reset everything?"

Mostly, it puts the T6 back to factory settings.  Does not reset the time and date along with some other things.
