Rokinon flash not working with Canon 80D

My Rokinon worked well with the 2 previous Canons. Now it won't fire on the 80D. I have cleaned the contacts, changed the betteries and put the flash on M, rather than TTL. Still no luck

Check and see if Rokinon has a firmware upgrade.

What order are you powering up the camera and flash?  Power one up, wait a few seconds, and power up the other.

I looked on the Rokinon site; none of the listed flashes are compatible with the 80D.

Yup, problem with all third world flashes.
