The quarter circle "pizza slice" next to "L" indicates this is a Large JPG. If it were, in fact, a RAW image, the icon would say "RAW" or "RAW+L" to indicate both a RAW image and a Large JPG image had been taken.

You did not shoot raw.  You did set it to jpg and that is what it did.
