R7 VF - can the level be hidden but keep the histogram?

Just got the R7 and while I like the histogram in the viewfinder I find the leveling widget to be awkwardly placed in the center and distracting. I can get rid of it by cycling the info button but that also hides the histogram which I’d like to keep.

I would be surprised if there were not a menu setting that enables each of them separately.

I assume you referred to the camera manual already for this.  There is a reference to customizing the display in there, but it does not go into the full detail of how to do so on the pages that I found.
