I have seen a couple of comments where people can't upload the 1.5 firmware. I have a brand new camera, doesn't matter what I do, the eosr6-v151-mac.dmg file is not reconised when I put the disc back in my camera - it just says Memory card containing firmware is required to update
It is in the root directory - it must be, there is nothing else on the disc.
Do I need to remove one of the cards so it only looks to one of the discs? Any ideas greatly received.

Extract the dmg file and put the .fir file in the root folder.
