I am at a loss as to why this happening. It has been lately. I am running on 1.0.3 firmware. I start the Timelapse with an interval of 30s. It takes a few shots and then it stops. If I touch the shutter release button, it says low battery change battery. I open the battery compartment, eject and put back the same battery in, it goes fine for the first few shots and then end up in the same situation.
I have tried with 4 different original *new* Canon R5 LP-E6P with the same result.
Please help/advise.
Thank you!

You make no mention about charging the batteries. New batteries need to be charged.

It's fully charged, by new I meant bought in the last few months,.

Any thoughts? Or is this a warranty issue?

Have you changed the default power settings? If so, then reset it back to the factory defaults. The camera knows how to wake itself up.

I have not changed the defaults, but sure I will give this a try. I am out of ideas.
