If you get the text that the card is locked, then it may be the card reader inside the camera. There is metal thingy that checks if you have your SD card locked or unlocked. Sometimes this metal thingy fails. Then you will need to send it to Canon service center or open the camera and bend it yourself.
If you still have a warranty, send it to Canon. It is easy to break something if you open up the camera.
