Need EOS Rebel T6 remote shooting help

I own a custom frame shop and we purchased the EOS T6 and mounted it over our design counter. It is taken photos but it is not taking a photo of the entire piece of artwork.

Does the whold artwork show in the finder or in live view?

 What lens do you have? If a zoom, are you at the widest setting?

There are a lot of very knowledgable people here, and I'm sure someone would be able to help you, But you have to be able to describe your problem first.
