I'm trying to download images from my R6 to my MacBook Pro via cable. Have successfully installed EOS Utility 3. However, when turning on camera and connecting the two I get nothing. Wifi disabled. Still computer does not see camera. I'm guessing either a bad cable or Canon Utilities does not recognize Monterey OS on Mac. Any thoughts appreciated.

I finally got it to work when I replaced the cable. Strange since the first cable works for everything else. Thanks for your help.

Which OS are you running? I know the latest one that came out two months ago does not seem to be supported, yet. Apple has also released to major updates, most recently on Dec 17, 2021
