M 50 Mark II Stabilization issue, help needed

Greetings all!

I have an EOS M50 Mark II, bought new, I recorded some video the first day without issue, however, yesterday I went to edit video and it was shaky. I then began to do some test and even with the IS on enhanced the video has slight shake. This issue is even when im moving the camera in a panning motion or with slight movement. Enhanced IS looks the same as if the IS was turned off. I'm using the Kit lens. 

I do have kids and am not sure if one of them did something to the camera, though I don't know what. 

Any thoughts?

Do you have an example of the footage you can link to?

Stabilization won't be perfect unless you are using a tripod, gimbal, etc.  i.e. equipment dedicated to have very steady camera moves.

IS can certainly help, but it won't/can't address all unintended camera moves.
