I’ve twice recorded the lenses and hardware I own in Canon.com (to help with insurance records), but it seems impossible to see, let alone print, a list of them. Anyone any idea what I’m doing wrong? I’ve contacted Canon support for help, but it’s been crickets there.

Hello, Mike, and welcome to the forum!
I keep a shortcut on my desktop that takes me right to my registered products. If you are in the U.S, Click Here to get to your "My Products" page.
I use the Chrome browser, but most are the same. What I do is click the 3 dots to open the options, and select "Print". If you are using Windows, you get some other printing options, like PDF, but you might have to have the free version of Acrobat Reader installed, I'm just not sure. I get it as an option.
