It worked for the first time one evening two days ago, but not before or since. I thought it might a 12 vs 24 hour clock issue so I changed the iPhone to 24 hour time, but that wasn’t it.
The OI Share app generates a log file and when I open that log in the app and select a picture, it shows a blue pin at the location it was taken (see screen cap below) which bounces up and down so the track is correct and it knows the time and location of pictures but the app doesn’t add that location data to the photo in the Pictures app.
I’ve verified that the date on the phone and camera are within a few seconds of each other. The OI.Share app has full permission to access the Photos app. I don’t see any settings in the Photos app that would make a difference.
