Is it possible to change the fps shutter on canon mirrorless cameras?

I was wondering since I’m thinking of getting the r6mkii if it possible to lower the fps from a really high 40, down to let’s say 15 to 20 fps?

EOS R6 Mark II can be set to either 40fps or 20fps in electronic shutter mode. Just select low speed continuous drive and you get 20fps.
