I have just purchased as EOS 70D. How do I get sound on the video

Thank you for posting.

By default, the camera should record sound with the built-in microphone when video is recorded.  If it does not, then you'll need to check the menu settings to make sure it is set to record sound.  To do this:

1. Press MENU.
2. Select the [2nd Live View/Movie] tab.
3. Select [Sound Recording]
4. Set it to [Auto] or [Manual].
