If it is CPS, I don't think you can. I made a mistake on my "first" registration and could not change it. So, I called Canon Customer Service, twice, and was told, by very helpful and polite folks, that they couldn't fix it or delete it.
I now have two, however, one correct and one not so correct.
EOS 1D, EOS 1D MK IIn, EOS 1D MK III, EOS 1Ds MK III, EOS 1D MK IV and EOS 1DX and many lenses.

Thanks, I worked out how to do it through EOS Utilities, at first I couldn't change my options, but when I changed my settings on the camera to "P", I was able to move through the menu and change the registered name and details. 🙂 Lee

You meant the Copyright and ownership information of the camera in of your 6D.
That's always possible either via the corresponding menu on the camera or using EOS Utility. You can change it as many times you want.
