I purchased a Newwer NW-670 Flash for my Cannon 5D Mark III and I'm not able to secure it tightly to the hot shoe. Am I doing something wrong or is this a normal issue with this flash and my camera?
Thanks,

Hotshoes are standard. Slide the flash foot into the shoe and tighten the lock wheel. If it doesn't fit securely, I'd buy another flash. Consider a Canon Refurb. That will fit with certainty.
